Jason focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury cases that includes car accidents, truck accidents, and workers’ compensation in the Atlanta and Vidalia areas and offers his broad experience handling litigation in both state and federal courts. Jason advises clients at all stages of the litigation process, including pre-suit counseling, discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeal and has won millions of dollars for his injured clients and their families.
Since the firm’s establishment, Jason has prioritized advocacy for those who have been injured at no fault of their own, and he feels a source of personal satisfaction in never having defended an insurance company in over 27 years as an attorney. Before founding Craig Injury Law, Jason graduated with a B.S. from Georgia Southern University and earned his law degree from John Marshall Law School in 1995. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers’ Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, National Trial Lawyers, and the Workers’ Compensation Claimant Lawyer Section of Georgia Trial Lawyers’ Association (GTLA). In 2016, Jason was voted GTLA’s Representative to the 12th Congressional District of the Workers’ Compensation Claimants’ Lawyer’s organization. He is also a Peer Review Rated attorney from Martindale Hubbell – the highest peer-rating standard recognizing legal professionals for their legal knowledge, communication skills, and ethical standards.
In his off time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and rooting for the Braves, the Hawks, and even the Falcons. Both his son and his nephew attend Auburn University, and he loves to tailgate and cheer for Auburn in all sports.
